How is API pricing calculated?

APIs are charged on the basis of documents generated. Just let us know your requirements and we will create a plan for you.

Do I need to enter my credit card information to sign up?

There is no need for you to update your credit card information when you sign up with Revv for a free plan. There is a 14-day free trial for the paid plans where you will have to add the credit card information when the trial period is over.

Can I change my plan later?

Sure, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Reach out to us at - support@revv.so and specify the upgrade you need and it will be enabled for you. Downgrading a plan will depend on your billing period. For eg - if you have paid for a yearly plan and want to downgrade, it can be done once the billing period is over.

Yes, sandbox accounts are available for free before going live with Production account.

Who is a recipient?

A recipient is anyone to whom you share the document through revv using any of the Send or share document actions.

Does the recipient need to sign up with Revv to access the document?

No. The recipient can access the document link and eSign it without logging into Revv.

Does Revv integrate with third party apps?

Absolutely yes! Revv offers integration capabilities with native APIs along with Zapier and Integromat. You can seamlessly connect your Revv account with third party tools like Salesforce and Hubspot CRM, Netsuite, ATS, HRMS etc and streamline your document workflow process. Your Revv account already has integration options with Gsheet and Stripe.

Can I access Revv from my mobile or ipad?

Revv allows users to share document link via SMS. The recipient can access and eSign the document from their phones.
