Terms and Conditions

Payment: Payment in full will be due no later than [Time Period] before the event date. This may be made via [Payment Mode]. [Sender] reserves the right to cancel any event or sponsorship services if payment is not received in full.
Copyrights: [Sender] retains the rights to any intellectual property arising out of their work and events. This includes the copyrights to their music, photo and video recordings of the show, and so on.
Relationship of Parties: [Sender] and [Sponsor] will enter into a Sponsorship Contract after the acceptance of this proposal and consent of both the parties to define and govern the sponsorship.[Sponsor] shall recognize the authority of the [Sender]’s event manager and other staff, that they may take any decision they regard as necessary to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of those taking part in the event.There shall be no other relationship between [Sender] and [Sponsor] besides the one defined in the Sponsorship Contract until its completion or termination.
Term and Termination: There shall be a Sponsorship Contract which will be sent to you for signature after you have conveyed your acceptance of this proposal. This Contract between [Sponsor] and [Sender] will automatically terminate after the event is successfully held on [Date].
Changes and Cancellations: [Sender] may postpone the event where forces outside of [Sender]'s control such as bad weather, acts of terrorism, or other events that cannot be reasonably mitigated against, impact the running of the event. No liability for any costs or expenses shall be incurred by the [Sender] in the event of such cancellation or postponement.
