Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work: [Painting Company] agrees to paint the interior of the [Client Name]'s building located at [Address]. The painting crews must scrape on the residual chipping paint and add two new paint coats to the shingles and all the trimmings. The parties plan to paint the entire house as set out above. The painting crews must also clean up any debris and remove all equipment until the job is complete.
Cost and Schedule for Payments: The Client accepts the final quote given here and the price of goods and services will be inclusive of taxes. On acceptance of this proposal, [0.00]% of the balance payment shall be immediately due for settlement before work commences. The Client must pay a deposit in the sum negotiated for supplies and activities depending on the cost of the project. The balance shall be due upon completion and successful inspection by the client and the painter unless arrangements are stated in writing. Using a Credit/Debit Card, the Client will be charged a [0.00]% fee.
Tools and Supplies: All tools and materials will be provided by us, deemed necessary in the collective professional opinion, and according to industry standards to perform work of high quality.
Warranty: [Painting Company] warrants to perform the work professionally. If cracking or bubbling occurs, the Company will return and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost to the client.
Certifications: All members of [Painting Company]'s painting crews are certified, licensed, insured, and bonded. The Company also works closely with supervised apprentice roofers. The Company guarantees that the painting project will be perfectly executed with the highest standards of professional conduct. The painting crews are fully safety certified, first aid trained, and covered by worker's compensation insurance. Relationship of Parties: The Parties herein are independent contractors and nothing in this proposal shall be construed as a join venture, partnership or an employer-employee relationship.
