Terms and Conditions

Payment: The Client shall make the payment upon the deliverables of the services rendered from the Company. The amount varies as per different services opted by the Client. The mode of payment shall be cash/bank transfer/online payment or any other mode of payment as per the Company standards.
Performance of Services: The Company agrees to provide the necessary services to the Client and further agrees to perform the services in a timely manner as per the Client's requirements. The Client agrees to provide the necessary information that is required by the Company to render the services.
Confidentiality: Both parties shall share information including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information in order to complete the project. Neither party shall disclose any such shared information which is confidential in nature, at any time to third parties or for personal benefit. 
Representation and Warranty: The Company represents and warrants to have a right to perform the services. 
The Company agrees and further represents that the Company's work is not owned by anyone else without the Company's knowledge. 
The Client represents and warrants to have a right to use information including the company's trade secrets, trademarks, logos, the content of the company's website by following the company's confidentiality clause. 
Termination: The services will commence upon acceptance of this proposal by the client. 
Either party may terminate this proposal upon [Number of Days] notice to the other party prior to the completion of services. 
Upon termination, the Company shall be entitled to receive compensation and reimbursement for any work accrued but not paid by the Client. 
The Client may at its option agree to renew, extend, and revise this proposal prior to its expiration.  
Governing Law: The Parties agree that this Proposal and the Contract arising out of the acceptance of this Proposal shall be governed by the laws of [State].
